Have they offered to give you a break on the new repairs, seeing how they didn't fix it the first time? Any shop that will not guarantee a fix is not worth using. Remember, they will not give you a break due to their ignorance unless you demand it.

Verydoubtful, he told me it would 40 bucks to troubleshoot it and then when I called back the next day he said he had 3 hours in it at a total of 270.00

Not a whole lot of shops are going to troubleshoot for free and if you come in for a specific item to be replaced most won't guarantee a fix for a sudden engine dies and won't start type of problem.

Nothing is free these days. LR would be billing you about 120 per hour or so.

I suspect this is original equipment maybe and the fuel guage wasn't working well any way so I'm calling Rovers North tomorrow to get next-day air on the Proline PFL132 unit you suggested. The parts houses where I live only sell the LR branded part for $240 and have to order anyways. Will keep you all updated.

With the top of it wet like it was, it was definitely spraying out when under pressure.
