Help please! Something is binding when I hit the brakes in reverse.

That was actually the first thing I checked. I'll check it again when I get the wheels off, haven't had time yet so I'm driving the Ranger for now...

So if it comes to this, I'm assuming pulling the e-brake drum requires removing the rear driveshaft, right? While I have it off can I tack weld the studs so they don't spin in the drum? I would probably use TIG so I can do a very small spot. I've had problems with the studs spinning when removing/reinstalling the rear driveshaft in the past.

I was just seconding your point Fish. I remember one previous wildguy who drove his using the P Brake because his front caliper was dangling.

You can do that or buy replacement screws.
