I finished installing a new grill on the Disco and went to shut the hood only to find that it hits the grill when pushed down to latch. The hoods lines up with the body and the grill seems to be secured correctly so I'm not sure what's going on. I can't even get the hood shut because it starts pushing down and bending the grill too much for comfort. Anyone have ideas?

 

ET, don't know if these will help, but I replaced mine with a green one from the junkyard (had to paint the bottom rib)....

 

Thanks Buzz. It really helps to see how another Disco is setup. I think I got it tweaked good enough for now.
