Good luck.
Wow, you are good!! Went out & played with the switch on the Binnacle. Low & behold, the stereo works perfectly again!! You just saved me $80.00 for a replacement amp. Thanks!!

It's rare, but when it happens... It's beautiful!

Red face wanting to install a stereo

ok, I just purchased a 1997 Discovery today for $2500… put some new shoes on her and were off. Now i would like to put in an aftermarket deck (clarion) in her for some fine tuning and a sub in the back for a little bass. so my question is, If i buy a wiring harness built for the rig, wire it in, it'll work right? my brother was explaining how much of a thorn it was to get one installed in his BMW so i just wanna know before i try if i should just take it in to a shop and let them deal with it.. idea's? do i have to rerun wire? why couldn't i use the amps built into the truck?
