Default Just two codes P0150, P0153, Change oil 15w40 RP

I can imagine there are some attorneys on this board, but just saying worked sucked today. Came home early.

Tested alt. its good, tested battery, its good.

Threw codes today as it did on Saturday when we got her.

P0150 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0153 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

I am just assuming that maybe my connector is buggered up or has oil in it?

RP is good oil, but since you should be changing every 5K, you are spending money for long drain interval you should not use. Agree on your ideas for O2 connectors.

Are you a RP rep?
Do you drive 50k per year round only change your oil every 15k?
Ditch the RP.

As for the O2 codes, check the connectors (hehehe, good luck with that!!), 90% of all O2 codes on a Rover are due to the need of a tune up.
I know your engine is new, but what plug wires does it have?
Cheap plug wires will not hold up and you will get mis fire and O2 codes.

Laugh out loud!!!
Its all good man, its all good.

The connections for the O2's are ontop of the bell housing, under the coils, you need to remove the coils to get to them.
4 nuts hold the coils on.
You can leave the plug wires connected and move the coils out of the way.

Glad you have a sense of humor. I only have two nuts that hold me down. Those coils must be strong LOL
