Default kick

Ok i am having issues with the new to me 95 disco,The temp guage,the speedo,the horn,the tach not working.I have looked all over this forum for GOOD advice in other threads and so far not finding much.I would greatly appreciate any HELP from anyone on these issues.Also where and what is the KICK?Where is the horn located?Thanks.

speedo, temp, tach are all on the gauge cluster. perhaps check your fuses. Given the uncertain level of maintenance of prior owners, it is really difficult to pinpoint a 'silver bullet' solution.

Grab the workshop and electrical manuals from the google drive link in my signature. That is step #1 for sure.

kick ?........do you mean the "kick" panel ??.......thats the plastic down by the footwells.....there are relays ( and corrosion) behind them, also a couple of ground posts that you should check....which may be part of your electrical problem

Download the RAVE and review the ETM. Sounds like you have a single issue, fuse, power, or ground affecting your gauge cluster.
Your horn button is located on the steering wheel......by the "horn" symbol. 🤔 The actual horns are located behind the front grill.


How far along in your quest to unnecessarily remove wires from your truck are you?

corrosion on the ground behind the kick.I wire brushed it then i took a new ground lead from battery to that ground and everything came on.dash lights,tach,speedo,fuel, dome, dummy lights,temp gauge and yes you guessed it. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT.Thanks all for the pointers.
