Maf sensor short circuit- urgent!

I can see that the engine in my disco has been replaced the number of the engine is 36D73055C . Which MAF should it have and which ECU.?
It has been changed by a Land Rover dealer in 2002 and no other engine change after that.. I know the previous owner (I've only had it 3 weeks) and it has always been looked after and repaired properly...
