It means it chemically eats into whatever you spray it on to bond to it

I would have just shaker canned my wheels but, One problem is they have been chromed by the PO, So in order to shaker can id have to have them sandblasted. So i think im going to sell my wheels now, And see if i can get 300 out of all four of them. And then buy Natos from Lucky8llc.
