Moody Engine Light and Temperature Gauge Not Working

You are correct, the one wire goes to the gauge, and the neighbor on the right in pix with the plastic rectangle plug on top is the two wire one that drives the ECU. The ECU will send that temperature in digital fashion out the OBDII port under the dash, and into the Ultra Gauge or a scanner.
