My Rover "Claire"
Check the return hoses and mostly the clamps. The factory crimp clamps can loosen and can be cut off and replaced with regular worm style hose clamps. Pressure wash it and find where it is coming from. The hoses are the most common point.
Take it to a car wash (manual). It is good enough... you may get a little wet. get under and spray up around the box and then spray from the top down. You may want to bag that new filter when you do it...
Also, the ECU is on the passenger side by the washer bottle. Stay away from that area with high pressure, but everything else is ok.

Just changed the differential fluid and the transfer case oil.
Okay will do, I guess I can just switch out the filters? Takes about 30 seconds haha and I don't have to waste plastic zip loc bags

So when I spray from the top stay away from the passenger side, gotcha. Thanks tell you how it goes.
Oh, and you quarter panel is out of align, your hood is ok. The driver's side has an even line down, but the passenger is tighter in the front. Loosen the screws in the tray and slide it back. Easy and free. Oh, and if you do have to move the hood, remember it is mostly aluminum and light as heck. I lifted mine off with one arm...
Battery went *PFFT* on me, and it was pretty sad :'(
Replaced it and now about to change the rear brake calipers when they come in through the mail..sigh so much work needed on her.
