Probably a good time to check the fuel pump pressure, there is a valve like a tire valve on the passenger side fuel rail, expect 32-34 PSI there with truck running.

If problem only happens when truck is warmed up, may want to check the crank position sensor, back of engine, driver side; you can pour cold water on it to cool it off. It will eventually get so bad truck won't crank.

Check engine light on? Time to read codes.

Here's a pix of the sensor, this one is on a Discovery 2, but same area. The wire leads down to that box on the engine, which covers the sensor.
