Here is a question though: If it is the crank position sensor, wouldn't the same issue be happening while it is in park and I push on the throttle? Perhaps not while it is just idling, but I was just driving it and it was losing power and acting like I let off the accelerator the whole time I was driving, then I put it in park and rev'd the engine up to 3k rpms and held it there with no issue whatsoever.
Still sounds like a crank position sensor? I'm not trying to be difficult, I'm just really confused by this.
