New Lower Hose, Still leaks
#3
With that much coolant leaking it should be very easy to determine the source. Start with looking at the water pump weep hole (see pic). If this leaks the coolant can travel down the neck of the pump and end up looking like a hose is leaking.
If the leak is coming from the hose @ the pump (or not), PLEASE.....get rid of that Cheap A$$ Home Depot hose clamp and get one that is smooth on the inside. You can get them at any auto parts store or online, just look/ask for clamps that are made for silicone hoses. They look like this > Silicone Hose Clamps | Gates Corporation
If all else fails go to Advance Auto, Auto Zone, or NAPA and get a small bottle of UV Leak Additive for coolant (about $7.00). IMHO you won't need to do this. Good Luck!

Glad you got it sorted. We've all been there, using something cheap/on hand bites you in the a$$. It sucks because the difference in price between the cheap-o clamps and the good clamps is about $1.75
I buy clamps in bulk from a few places, but for example RockAuto has a decent price on Gates clamps (see pic).
Another good brand is ABA /NORMA like > Original-Per Clamp (316ss), Ultimate Garage
