I am getting tired of these head gasket problems, 100k 200k.... really they go bad like crazy, I am going to put a new radiator in mine but why can't i find a new lower radiator hose? Everyone has an upper but not a lower. Am i missing something or is the D1 trying to tell me something?

 

I just purchased one from Atlantic British about two weeks ago.

Atlantic British sells a hose kit, its like $100 for all the coolant hoses including heater core.
Send Trevor a e-mail at RovahFarm for all your new Land Rover Parts and Accessories and tell him you need all the coolant hoses and for what year truck.

 

Ordered mine from NAPA. Got them all the next day.
Actually, the local "general" store has an auto parts counter in the back. When I go in and ask for Rover parts, they look at me like I have 3 heads . They can't find listings, parts NA...etc. Now I go in with part numbers and or crossover numbers. Mostly everything is 1 to 3 days delivered, even points and condenser for the Series.

 

Saw this one on ebay. it is a lot cheaper then local. So far ebay has been good to me but i don't see the 3rd pipe on mine. Land Rover Radiator Coolant Hose URO 117 29049 738 | eBay

 

Again, dont buy URO hoses.
