The speed selector switch doesn't "gum" up hate to say. It warps and pits. It's solid copper and because of oxidation and high amperage it warps the bar. Arcing causes pits in the copper. PITA to get to but it is fixable and no more fan on/fan off.

The three-position Lucas switch--DIM, FLICKER and OFF.

The other three switch settings--SMOKE, SMOLDER and IGNITE.

 

Absolutely! Finally somebody's catching on........

The window switches are from MB econoboxes. Same same and they suck the same as Lucas.
