PSA: Draglinks should not be bent in 3 places

Default PSA: Draglinks should not be bent in 3 places

Finally replaced this tonight.

I have no idea how I managed to bend it in 2 places. The stud on the stabilizer was even bent!

That is all. The truck drives beautifully now.

Been there, done that on my drag link. 1am in a ditch, no other vehicles near. A mile or two back to camp.

BTW, that's your track rod, not drag link.

I was told both ways
Also, did yours have an "extension" on one end that was threaded in? Mine did and it was a PITA to get it out, had to keep heating up the bar itself in order to work that short extension out.

Yeah, they all have those. I relocated my steering damper to in front of the axle and ma using a D90 style track rod.
The stock damper location on the D1 is asinine if you off-road.
