Hi everyone,

1999 Discovery D1 SD
Both of my rear quarter window defrosters aren’t working, however my 5th door defroster works well. Nothing wrong with the button connector, but I did notice there’s a small unit above the quarter glass window. Anyone have experience with this unit or had one fail on them in the past?

 

That's not a window defroster, its the radio antenna built in to the quarter glass.

 

Turn on your A/C and adjust temp (to warm) to improve defrost results. The A/C draws the moisture out of the air.

 

You know I didn't know that until like 6 months ago!
