Default Radio won't turn off and other electrical issues.

Trucks getting harder to start in the morning.
Going to check voltage tomorrow morning.
Radio stay half lit when truck is off and windows are VERY slow to roll up with engine off.

What's going on?

sounds like you could have a bad light switch, are your city lights staying on?

Are you positive your city lights are working? Double check all of your fuses...

I would also have the battery tested and sorted out before you do much more. From there, start checking relays and grounds..

disconnect the negative battery terminal and throw in a cheap test light between the cable and the battery post with the truck off, if it lights up then power is being drawn, the brighter the light the bigger the draw! my next step would be to start replacing fuses with the test light, this will help determine what circuit is drawing the power relatively quickly.
