Default Radio Won't Turn on?

I just got back from deployment. I left my car in a lot for 4 months. I had to replace the battery when I came back, and now the radio isn't working. I read some post about a radio code, but My Unit isn't even powering on.....or displaying the "code" message. I checked the corresponding Fuse under the Steering well, and it looked fine. The Radio was working fine before I left. Any thoughts?

I have a Disco II withe 55K miles.

Welcome back, thank you for your service.
It is most likely the fuse on the back of the radio, you need to remove the radio and then check/replace that fuse. And then enter your radio code.
