Random stalling (almost)

when it's near stalling and you give it gas does idle go up or does it seem to flood engine? if yes check your o2 sensors,if not check your hoses to plenum from fuel reg and pcv for leaks,sometimes they may look good but if they're soft and when you squeeze them they change idle,change,chances are since it's random maybe just change iacv, along with the other good advice

Update: so far this issue has not returned. I changed out the idle control valve, cleaned the seat, and reset adaptive values. I have not had a lot of road time with it due to work and now recovering from back surgery but I believe it is fixed.
