Default Rattle underneath car

hey guys,
I noticed some rattle underneath my 97 disco. its very noticeable when I go over speed bumps or any kind of bump really. it would likes something is rattling side to side, almost like some bolts is loose but im not sure which one. Anyone have recommendations on what I should check?

I feel like its coming from the upper half of the car, maybe even directly under the driver seat but im not fully sure.

Thx!

Could be a shock mount, or a sway bar (front or rear) or maybe someone put a chain under there for recovery towing, the list could go on and on. The exhaust is right in that area, maybe it is moving around??
sound sometimes has a way of traveling under vehicles.

Really difficult to guide you without 'being there'. My first investigation would be the exhaust system.
