Rear door speakers not working
Sure enough, the sub signal cables were in that harness running through the front amp.
I wired those through with the other patch cables and into RCA cables at the head unit.
Unfortunately the rear speaker cones were torn around the entire circumference of both speakers.
Now I must wait for the rubber to cure for a day before I can test everything.

Hopefully someone is still around three years later...
DiscoI, how did you determine what those loose wires coming off of the harness under the glovebox went to? I have the same exact problems you're having, but no idea how to go about fixing them.

I’m having the same problem with my rear subwoofer. Bought new speakers and installed only to find they don’t work. I realized the owner prior who had put in an after market radio never hooked up the subwoofer (no idea why). As a result, I have no idea where to find the subwoofer wires??? You say they’re under the glove box on the passenger side? Is there anything else you can tell me or show me to help me identify what the actual harness looks like?
Thanks for your time!
Adam

Any connectors loose inside the rear door? The speakers don't 'work' because the amplifier that was attached to the stock speakers is gone.
The amp in the front of the truck drives only the speakers in the doors, 'A' pillars, and 'D' pillars. The subwoofers have their own amp.
