Replacing 98 D1 Blower Motor Relay
Colleagues,
I'm having a whale of a time finding advice on replacing the Blower Motor Relay on my 1998 Disco 1 (American Left Side Steering Wheel.)
I've searched, I've begged, I've crawled, I've unscrewed, I've even replaced my Blower Motor just because I could find and remove that!
But for the life of me, I can't find the Blower Motor Relay. I purchased a new one, so I know the reference, but I'm clueless.
Are there any kind souls out there who might give me a minute of your time and advise where to find this most important part?
Summer is here, and I've waited too long (again!) to make a fix....
My eternal appreciation goes out to you in advance....

Go to the google drive link in my signature, find the Discovery 1 section, find the electrical troubleshooting manual (etlj970x.pdf), turn to page 489 (section Z5 - 48 ) and you will find this picture. The blower relay is K192.
The section on blower controls (K1) is also a good starting point.

Beltman,
I recently had a similar issue which I though was blower motor relay related. It turns out the the blower motor connector plug was badly oxidized and wasn't making a good connection. I sprayed CRC QD Electronic Cleaner on the connector plugs, waited for it to dry, reconnected and I was back in business. No issues since then.
