Default Replacing injectors/Up-grade

I'm looking at changing out my stock injectors with either Bosch 0280155746 of with the Ford #0280155700, does anyone have any thoughts or experience with this up grade? Or another direction, thanks in advance!

Injector swap only results in minor improvements over good OEM injectors, so is only worth it if there's an issue with your existing injectors. If you do need new injectors, those two options can be cheaper and do technically produce superior fuel atomization. I prefer the 0280155746 injectors due to having the correct retaining clip notches.

The ones I used are found on 5 cylinder Volvo engine, better/smoother throttle response , not sure there was a MPG increase but mines loaded down , engine runs smoother

Thanks for your input, I was looking at using the Volvo injectors due to the retainer clips and the 4 hole atomization qualities. Really don't care about MPG but I want smooth strong running.
