those of you that know me, know i would never put a logo or design on my truck...but keep up the jokin. how about a big puerto rican flag. yeah.

I was going to do the Rustoleum job even if it is labor and drying time intensive. The results are very good. But when I used the KBS stuff on the inside of the truck, it leveled out so nice using a brush and created such a hard shell that I decided to go ahead and use it for the roof. Especially since it's a rust proofing ap and my Alpines and other areas are a mess.

Green and flat black go great I think. Then maybe the wheels and redye all trim. For sure I'll post results as I'm also going to compound polish the rest of the truck.

They don't have flat black tho so I may spray it after with the stove pipe spray paint if I have the guts. I've already used it a lot on other bits.

Try Champange MetalFlake, that will look good with the green.

Did you see HP TV today? They showed a new undercoating spray for heat deflection that is called LizardSkin. It comes in a kit form with a 5 gallon bucket, a mixing stirrer extension for a power drill and a sprayer.

It is black in color, has ceramic particles in suspension and is excellent heat deflector. They are putting it on a project truck where they took an old Mazda B200 truck and pulled the 4banger and put in a crate 302 in a special tubular mounting cradle. It's there new Thunder-something-or-another build project. A real race truck with an x crossover with afttermarket cats and mandrel bent tubing. It was interesting watching them build it up.

Got any pics?

I like the Zebra stripes myself, with mine already white, that is awfully tempting to do!~

I like the old Woody style wagons from way back. There were a few really old ones at the local American Legion Car Cruises last summer. A Woody Disco would be super cool.

No pics yet, the problem is money. If I'm going to spray the top, then I need to redo the sunroofs and alpine window seals, if I redo the sunroofs then I need to redo the headliner. It's a vicious cycle!
