Default Shock Bushing/Washer Order

So I started to develop some play in the top of my front shock mounts. So naturally I crank the nut down some more. Week later the play is back and the nut hasn't backed off. I took the suspension out and one of the bushing was crushed.

Obviously I got the bushing/washer order incorrect (since TerraFirma couldn't waste the 2c on ink to include it in the instructions).

TF didn't include enough washers to do 4 washers on the bottom and 4 on the top like OEM nor did they mention re-using stock washers.

This is what I believe to be the correct order which I've tried to confirm with TF but communication has gone unanswered.

Top of Shock (top to bottom)
Nylock Nut
Washer (Concave away from bushing)
Bushing
Shock Tower
Bushing
Washer (Concave away from bushing)

Bottom of Shock (bottom to top)
Nylock Nut
Washer (Concave away from bushing)
Bushing
Spring Mount
Bushing
Washer (Concave away from bushing)

As you can see I don't have washers on the shock tower/spring mount sides. Should I be using the OEM washer there?

here's the diagram from the rave:

you should have the lower washer on there, keeps the bush from deforming too much. Will your stock washers fit onto the TF mounting stud? If so then do that..

That helps cheers. Unfortunately the stock washers/bushings are long gone, since the good ol TF docs made no mention of re-using them (except for the rear).

So right now I'm missing the inner washers that hold the shock in place in the turret/spring mount. NRC6235 I believe is the correct one.

Called my local dealerships. $6.60 PER washer.. LOL.. Or If I order online I'm out of commission for a few weeks while Canada Customs plays hacky sack with the package.

Least I know how it is supposed to be now though.

Cheers
