Default side marker lights - need help

I noticed a fast blink on turn signals. After checking all lights it looks like the side marker lights just in front of the doors don't work. I ordered fresh lense and went to swap them and then discovered the bulbs are not burned out.

Questions:
1. what size o-ring goes between the bult housing and the lens? Mine are missing and the bulb holder is loose.
2. where does the wiring come to? Where is the blinker unit?
3. Looking at the fuse diagram I see one marked LH Side Light. Is that those lights?

check the blinker bulbs in the rear bumper - those side repeaters dont make it blink faster as mine have not worked for a while now - but a burnt bumper bulb will.

I have some O-rings at home that work, I'll grab the info later.
I'd check for corrosion in the bulb sockets.
