It was a D2 weekend:

Replaced:
-New Battery
-Rear right bumper cover (used)
-Rear tail lamp. (used)
-All new rear bulbs.
-(2) Bumper lights (used). Bumper stop still not working correctly.
-Right side window trim/pillar (used). Had to pull the inside wall aside. Really?
-Replaced 20 Fuse for cigarette lighter and other. Forgot about the in-mirror compass. Love it.

Drove it 120 miles (RT a lot for me) to a mountain.....and had a big seafood lunch.

Inline t-stat temps are great <190 but losing a little water still. Can't see a leak. Pressure test next but I'm thinking gaskets of course.

Hey caleb...welcome back.

Eric. Any thoughts on the removal of your rear AC. im in a fix or remove mode but I heard removing might compromise in some way?

After feeling like replacing the air filter was inadequate/boring, I replaced the rear sway bar bushings.

The ride improved a bit since the original bushings were pretty soft.

I just evacuated the refrigerant (supposed to have a shop recycle it), unbolted the rear unit, and removed all the duct work. Next I'll remove the rear AC lines from underneath and have it recharged.

How much were they? And are the defender tie rods bigger than discos? Or are they the same?

Nice Turf! it all looks like what I have but stainless steel which is nice

Made the jig for adjustable panhard

It's similar to the one Teledan made last year except I ordered 1.5" .25 wall for the sleeve, Which may be over kill - Turfs is gonna be the test dummy.. got all the other parts from Dan @ Ruff Stuff and going to use an FK rod end which is the best of the best. I plan adding to the jig so I can weld the tube adapter to the panhard before I sleeve it with the DOM. Should be good money will post some pics once the parts get here. IF (kinda big if) I do end up making more of these they will probabably cost a little but more than the ones others have made BUT I will be using the best **** I can find..

End goal

I'm about to take my radiator out to get it acid washed and a pin ***** hole welded shut.

Turf: I just emailed RTE about the SS Tie Rods and stuff and they said it uses stock tie rods. Are Disco and Defender tie rods interchangeable and I just didn't know it?
