Eureka.....! Sway Bar removed and no difference in handling.
(Crawling and High speed)
Now it is time to drain the 80W90 from the Transfer case and fill with 85W140.
The Disco is almost on 300 000 Km now and a heavier oil will suitable.
Although the T/case was replaced it was with a recon.
Also Temperatures will be rising soon due to summer in the Southern Hemisphere.(Min 18 deg C Max 45 deg C)
Saw some threads were 140 is used and the result was a "roar" on high speed?
Drain the swivel pin housings (85W140) and fill with "00" grease.
(Rainy season also due)

Scored at the pick-n-pull today on a 98 they have recently gotten in. New window switches and the mounting plate in wood grain, new cargo door linkage, better rear drive shaft, marker lights, fuel temp sensor, MAF, two interior door handles with good springs, alloy spare wheel with decent tire and interior panels for the back including the sub housing. All of this for $118.00 and a few hours of my day. Going back for the calipers tomorrow so I can try my hand at rebuilding them.

If you do rebuild, try to do so without splitting the caliper halves. The channel seals are VERY hard to find anymore.
