Looks like I'll be buying the holding tool, ugh.

All the rusty bolts/screws that keep breaking are discouraging.
Get yourself a good breaker bar, put it in between the water-pump pulley and the tensioning pulley. Then give the wrench a good whack with a 5 pound sledge counter clockwise. Works every time.

It's cool, I got it off, I'll make a thread once I'm done(photos too) of the work. I got a lot done today. Most hoses out the way.

You're making sure to apply LiquidWrench or some type of penetrating oil liberally and letting it sit for five minutes right? I'm sure a lot of things are going to keep rusting off, but sometimes I or my mechanic forget to do it when we're working and it facilitates the breaking a lot by not doing it. Just a reminder.

Wheeled the snot out of my Disco today. New suspension worked flawlessly.

Agreed!

Went night wheeling. Too dark for pictures, but my new foglights worked flawlessly! Can't say I "wheeled the snot" out of mine, I stayed comfortably within my limits because I don't like field repairs in the dark. Don't really like them in the daylight for that matter!

Also broke the hinge on my toolbox, looks like I need to weld on some better ones.

Finally got to test out the new suspension. Worked awesome, just a few bugs to work out and it'll be tight!
Here's what I was going for(not my truck):

Here's me on Saturday, the front didn't stuff as much because of the terrain:

I couldn't have been happier with the results! Everything flexed great and I was able to crawl up and over things with easy. No more getting cross-axled and having to goose it to get through.
The only thing I would add in the future is 33's and my ARB rear locker.

What type of relocators are those? That's on my short list. Cones or something.

Looks like TF ones... I wonder when they will start to sell their blue poly cones? I did notice the rear spring unseating at times or maybe that was my imagination.....

Gave the suspension a 100 mile highway test run and hit up about a mile of trails. It's is good to go for the long haul..
