If there are no studs or holes it may have had factory running boards, they have molded muddy flaps in the front attached to running board and rocker cover waaay different from the others

I looked at the second pic in the link, where your LR is still blue, with the 235/70 tires. You're right, my '99 SD does not have these kinds of running boards, which would be about right for an SD, since it doesn't have sunroofs or the rear jump seats either. However, I looked at pics from the '94 D1 that I just bought back in So Cal, and that one doesn't have running boards either, but does have front mud flaps. I suppose if I REALLY wanted those front mud flaps to work on my '99, I can figure out a way, lol...

Ugh.. The hatch door handle stopped working yesterday. Feels like it isnt connected to anything. Still locks and unlocks but doesnt open.
I popped the LR logo off and hosed the handle like all of the posts say to and it didnt do anything.
So it's looking like I'll be climbing into the back and pull the door panel off.

I also have to fix the rear window bushing still.. Ugh.. Looks like it's really starting to show its age..

LOL, yeah, I know, right?! I can see keeping the flaps in the back, out of courtesy to those behind me. But since my '94 has 'em, and they're a practical addition (vice flair or non-functional "fast and furious"), I'll take a stab at putting them on. We'll see how motivated I am, once I actually have them in my hands, and look at what's involved under the truck!

The system wouldn't hold the refrigerant cause One of the aluminum pipes had 2 holes in it so I got one of these and cutting out the bad piece of pipe Robot Check. Works great, I also got some do it yourself recharge kit from the store and that was that

Damn, $21! How is that different/better than a high pressure compression fitting for brake lines?
