So what did you do to your Disco today?

Picked up some oxygen sensor extensions off the jungle website. Figured I'd grab some whilst doing the head gaskets.
Using on the upstream sensors.

I replaced my belt-tensioner pulley bearing a few weeks ago. I used NAPA part SL-203-FF.
More recently I recovered the fiberglass heat blanket on the steering wheel shaft with new foil. I removed the blanket, cleaned it up, sprayed 3M "90" adhesive and laid down some Reynolds Heavy Duty foil. I did the same for the fiberglass plate heatshield above the center muffler. My other heat shields are aluminum sheet metal.
I checked my transmission fluid level and adjusted the kickdown cable.
I painted the exhaust with VHT.
I replaced an onboard air fitting with a neater one that sticks out less.
I replaced the differential and transfercase fluids.
I inspected the spark plugs -- NGK Iridium at 10+ years and 45K miles. They look ok. I'm tempted to replace the plugs and wires at this point but it's probably not necessary for another 15K which could be years.
I replaced the fuel filter.
I installed LED replacements for the H4 headlight bulbs. The beam pattern and cutoff are not bad and they're much brighter. I had to find bulbs that did not extend the base and move the socket rearward because the bulkhead behind the lamps is in the way. I found some that did not have a big heatsink or fans on the back and they seem to be working well.
I rebuilt the rear shocks. I was able to get improved performance by increasing the rebound damping and moving the bleed shim on the compression side behind the first shim to effect a crossover shim. I also changed from ATF to Bilstein shock oil. I love the result. I had to replace a spherical bearing on one end and adjust a limit strap.
I replaced the gas prop for the hood.
I adjusted the slop on the steering box.
Greased the driveshafts and changed the motor oil and filter.
Things I need to do:
Replace a spherical bearing on a front shock.
Replace the swivel ball seals.
Do the D2 cruise control swap

Removed three alternators and installed two.
Noticed a red fluid leak front left corner. Was the trans cooler line from upper radiator to trans cooler in the front. Can't see it leaking out of the metal line. Must be misting out of the line and collecting on the inner fender.
Looks like it's been rubbing for a while.

Replaced the rear suspension bushings in the trailing arms, a-frame arms, and replaced the upper ball joint with a high articulation version. I recently replaced the sway bar links and bushings, so the rear suspension good to go.
I also installed my new Double S stainless steel cat back. Nice and quiet and looks like it'll last for many years.
Next project is replacing the bushings in the front radius arms and panhard rod.
