I also had to replace the plunger switch on the T/C that turns the dash light on to get it to function. Pics are posted in the links in my signature as well as a very interesting young lady playing a ukelele. I invite you to look at both.
Funny enough, I used those pics as reference. Thanks BTW. Lol now I'm doing the mesh grill kit. Hopefully that will make my front end look a lil better. All in all its a perfect disco. Paint and interior are immaculate. Now on to just be picky.

I opted for the heavier duty expanded metal grille with two layers so that you do see thru it.

I had a piece on hand that all I had to do was cut it down the middle with tin snips and trim slightly around the headlights. It goes from behind the light all the way across the front to the other headlight. The only plastic piece I used was the very top edge in the center to keep the top securely in place. The bottom of each piece rests snugly on the frame. The material is very stout and offers excellent air engress.

Drilled fresh holes, did a little trimming for wiper blade and now I can fit my spare on the back.. There's a tip for you guys running 34"+ tires. Now I can fit a 37" back there. Dont plan on carrying it full time but will be good for the trails.

Also made a spacer for my bump stops. Now they are 6" total with a 4.5" progressive poly bump stop.

Worked on my cargo-area toolbox. Welded on some tabs for it to bolt down at the existing seatbelt locations. Drilled some holes for mounting a gas strut to hold it open. It still needs handles, a latch, and a paint job.

Didn't have my camera handy, and now it's dark. I'll post pics when I make a bit more progress.

Goat, your bumper project gave me the itch to pull the trigger on a new bumper. Its all tubular, very similar to a Rockstar bumper. Will post pics tomorrow.
