At about 1,900 rpms, I keep hearing this high-pitched squeak when the engine is cold. It only does it at 1,900 rmps and when the engine is warm, it does not do it. Also, it doesn't do it when revving it (it only does it when driving.)

 

Remove the fan belt and try to replicate the noise.
