Yah I know, dumb question but, is it physically possible? I've not torn apart my door but I know all my handles are bent to crap, just wondering if it's possible to go to the push button D2 style with minimum hassle.

Your pretty much going to have to shave the door handles(metal work) and then mess with the crap inside the doors. Anyone feel free to correct me if i'm wrong, I just got off of a 12hr night shift.

If I went to all that trouble, then I'd just shave the doors and use poppers to open my doors by remote, but that may just be me.

Why would you want to? There have been several instances where I've been in situations where protruding door handles would have been ripped off. Or at least totally mangled.
I much prefer recessed handles for off-roading.

Pretty much, DII handles are pretty, nothing more.

Yah good point, I was just wondering. Ours seem more stout as well.

If you did that you'd probably be better off just Fabbing on Disco 2 doors all around. But i agree, The recessed handles are much better for off roading.
