Before you assume the worst and start to disassemble your truck, be aware that many vehicles have an inherent "lean" and it's just part of the deal...

So how significant is your "lean"? Can you post a picture?

You have a TerraFirm lift on your truck, I've seen the pics before and the springs are silver and thats TF.

The lean though noticeable is not all that significant. It's just that I need to get an alignment and new tires soon (my tires are bald on the inside) and I want to make sure everything else as far as the suspension goes is taken care of. My thought was that if my disco is leaning to one side, than that might contribute to quicker wear of tires and bad alignment. I goofed when I took pics of the springs, as I waited until I backed out of the garage and the ground is uneven so I think it would be pointless to bother uploading them. I'll just have to pull back into the garage tomorrow and snap some more pics of the rear springs. I already cleaned off the springs and briefly inspected them with my "un-trained" eye and found no damages. But ill let you guys be the judge of that tomorrow.

two other possibilities, sway bars may be bent holding the vehicle uneven, or your body is saging due to the body mount rusting.

Where are body mounts located? What do they look like? Repairing or replacing them is difficult expensive task to perform?

not sure you should be able to see where the body sits on the frame, i remember you had some rust issues thats why I mentioned it.

Yeah the main rust issue I have is in the rear passenger side wheel arch area, which is all to common in discos. But I did not think anything like that would contribute to a lean. Nevertheless ill inspect the underneath of my disco and take some close up pics and upload them.

Just for the hell of it I looked for body mounts online and pretty much no luck. Found afew UK landy forums which discuss the issue though and I guess there are body mounts sold directly in the UK. But like the stainless steel exhaust, I was hoping to find something here in the states. Thanks for the tip either way.

Okay I gave her a nice bath all round, inside out, on top and underneath! Got her back on level ground in the garage and took these pics of the rear springs.

Drivers side rear spring.

Passenger side rear spring.

The rear tires seem to be alright as far as even and sufficient tread is concerned, but the front tires show noticeable signs of uneven wear.

Not sure if this is the body mount but it looks weak nonetheless. This piece is located almost directly in front of the passenger side rear tires. Near the fuel filter.

The only other major rust spot in the passenger aide wheel arch.

That's the body mount, its where the body sits on the frame. It could sag making the body sag on the truck, I woultd look more at the body right there if that's the problem its more likely that the body is rusted out and the mount is actually pushing up into the body. also you could measure from the ground to the frame to see if the frame is sitting level.
