Default Urgent Help - Disco1 '95 alarm problem

Hi Guys,
My immobiliser has been somehow bypassed at the ECU, but has now kicked in and i can't start the vehicle, i dont have a fob which is programmed, and i need to use the car.
If i unplug the ecu the immobiliser light doesnt come on, but the alarm sounds and the car still wont start.

I cant find the right wiring diagram anywhere.

Please help!!!

regards

Darren

You can't find the wiring diagram because the '95 model year didn't have the immobilizer.
But here's the info on it:

If you want to print it, here it is in pdf:

Thanks Pal,
it sounds like it could be a spider problem.
although i did try running a positive connection to the fuel solenoid but this didnt work either.
I'll look at getting the fobs programmed and then doing the work around on the spider.
thanks for your help, it is very much appreciated.

Please let us know how it turns out when you find the "spider" / immobilizer module in that '95. Oh well... Tom tried

I've got a guy coming reprogramming the remotes today, as they are both new and havent yet been used.
I'll let you know how I get on.
My dad's disco1 started with a suspected spider/starter problem this weekend. gonna check it over this week..... His is the ES version 1995 300tdi.

Thanks for the help guys.

Hi Guys,
the reprogramming worked and i now have a fully working vehicle with alarm and immobiliser system.
Just spoke to a guy down the road and the wiring is a common bypass for the immobiliser and alarm, and would have invalidated my insurance.()

thanks for your help!!

Darren
