I'm banging my head against the wall

while driving it stuttered and stalled, then wouldn't turn back on. Cranks strong but no spark no fuel injection.
I've got pressure at the rail
i've replaced the Crank position sensor, cam position sensor,
checked the harness continuity to those sensors
Only thing i can think that would cut spark and injectors is ecu. Swapped a used one in but no CEL when key in ignition - then i read on another thread there needs to be a handshake with some security module.

next step is to find an ECU BCU gauge cluster combo to swap that in haha
no good salvage yards near me
