This is the exact engine I have in my Disco currently... But it says it needs head gaskets. I need to know WHAT happened to it for that to be a problem... overheating?? ect..

Why would you want to pay $400 plus another $300 for shipping to get an engine that will need at least another $1000 in work (parts and labor)? Even with new head gaskets (if that is really all it needs) it's still an engine with over 150k on the clock. That money could go along way towards remedying any issues with your engine (short of a cracked block).
What's wrong with your motor and aren't there any more local solutions than CA?
