Default Window problem - need help

I have searched the forum to no avail. My passenger front window is stuck in the down position after stopping for dinner tonight. You can hear the motor running when I push the switch up or down, but no movement. I removed the door panel, and tried to push the window up but it wont budge and i stopped forcing it because I dont want to break the glass. Does anyone know how to get the regulator out with the window down or how to get the glass up?

Thanks.

Remove the four bolts that hold the regulator to the body of the door shell. You will now be able to, from the bottom, lift the regulator and the window up. The window is connected to the regulator with 2 8mm bolts. Remove the two bolts that secure the window to the regulator. Now you can move the window up and out of the way. Stick something like a screwdriver in the window moulding on top of the door shell to keep the window up while you maneuver the regulator out of the door shell.

Thanks Paul, that worked exactly as you described it.
