hey ! just thought I would post this in case someone else was searching for the answer.....

yes...the D1 and D2 wiper transmission assy are interchangeable.....the same mounting holes and all....the only difference is the wiring connector used , but with a few cheap connectors that is easily rectified (you dont need the $40.00 adapter harness thats available)

one service tip would be to go ugly early and remove the hood ( remove the bolts and just slide it forward a foot or so) way easier to operate after that
