Default wipers dont work

gotta 96 disco 1. Today both the front and rear wiper quit working at the same time. checked and both fuses are good. Makes me think they share a relay. Wondering if anyones got an idea or maybe knows where the relay might be? thanks

Here is a list of the fuses that 'touch' the wiper system:
Sat 1: F2
Main/facia: F16 - F18 - F12 - F13

I'd start with all these. As it says at the bottom of the picture, ALWAYS check F12 & F13 as they are involved with powering the Multi-function Unit which controls or enables a whole bunch of circuits.

Thanks for responding. I wanted to update my post. When I was driving in to work this morning I checked the rear wiper and it worked. I’m thinking it wasn’t working when I had the vehicle in park. So that makes me feel better. I can isolate it to the front wiper motor, or the switch or the motor ground wire. I’ll try to mess with it tonight

Hey Walt, thought I'd give you an update on the wipers. I ordered an aftermarket wiper motor $100. When I took the cover plate off I could see that 2 of the 3 bolts that hold the motor to the cover plate were missing. In fact 1 of them broke the cast housing of the motor itself so no wonder it wasn't working. Anyway just got done putting in the new motor and everything back together and working fine. I took off the hood since it was only 4 bolts and it made the job a lot easier. It took 2-3 hours. enjoy the weekend

I need to take mine apart as it doesn't return to the park position. On other cars, it was a tab inside the gearbox that had to be adjusted and I hope this is the same thing. Just have to figure out how to get to the motor...
