Default New Bearings

handsome rob - the metal pulley has shattered? Wow!

I ended up going to the bearing shop in town to get new bearing for the idler pulleys , the 80mm and 70mm.
Went to all parts stores in town, 4, napa, adv auto, auto zone, oreillys, and could not find a complete assembly in stock that would match up!

So, napa had a bearing, $45, didnt do that one.

Went to bearing supply store, got the same brand Koyo - gona press the old ones out and news ones in via machine shop.

Sorry, mine are all plastic. If it was metal then it is not an issue. Glad you found a bearing that would work.

My idlers are metal, and their still goin strong w/ just the bearing replaced. The tensioner was another story. It was plastic, so I replaced the whole thing back then. Figured it would crack and break if I tried pressing the bearing out.
