Default 02 Disco II - Driveshaft Conversion Kit

Has anyone installed the Driveshaft Conversion Kit for Discovery I | Land Rover wheels, tires, hubs, axles from roverparts?

What are the pros/cons to this setup?
Does it help or hinder offroad/highway/towing?

FYI there are cheaper versions of that kit. Even roversnorth can beat that price. But I think lucky8 is the cheapest price I've seen.

The rotoflex helps absorb some vibrations and play.
The rotoflex wears out quickly when you start getting a significant lift. It is also a low point and can get beat up by things on the trail.

For a mostly stock vehicle that is rarely used off-road they are fine, though I'd carry a spare, but you want to do that with u-joints also.

Stay with a new roto-flex from British Parts of Utah, you'll get 80,000 plus miles out of them and at $70 it is a much better way to go. By the way, I have a near 3" lift on mine and have only replace mine once at around 80,000 miles.
