02 Disco w/ electrical issue?

Finally found it, green cap. Connected the fuel pressure gauge, the car cranked and turned over. Hasn't turned over in a few days but the gauge wasn't reading anything, needle didn't move at all. Had someone else re-connect it, got the same result. Really confused now. I would also let the car run for 15-20 minutes and then it would shut off.
