02 Disco will not start HELP!

There is ground going into the BCM. I not sure what hell is going on. PLEASE HELP!!

Did you fix the problem because I'm having the exact same issue.

The problem was a mouse had chewed on the wiring harness. Under the window switches in the consle had a mother and six babies in there. They had chewed the coating off one of the ground harness. The ground was not getting to the bcm in order to allow it to start. Let me know if you need more info.

Here's ground pages from the RAVE. If you locate the BCU under the dash, find connector 663, pin 11, which is black / green. That wire should read "good" to ground. If no meter, skin back some insulation, don't cut wire, and use a jumper to connect that to the metal frame of vehicle. But if your key is locking the vehicle, the BCU may be operating. Of course you see that the ECU uses the same ground. So lots of things could not be working.
