Default 03 DII transfercase reseal

Well the leak from my transfer case has gotten worse, saw 3 drips on my driveway after
parking there for 2 hours. My question is does anyone know what parts are needed to perform the reseal. Thanks

a wrench, an oil pan to catch old oil, a new seal, hand or electric pump for refilling, new oil to refill.

get the rave manual it specifies how to do it.

What is leaking? The cover or front seal? My front seal leaks and that can't be easily accessed. If it's the seal, a product called White Sheppard may help.

Good point, what is leaking???
When done, consider throwing in some White Shepherd to stop and other leaks and use a 75W/140 gear oil from now on and there will be no more leaks.

Hey guys, the leak appears from the front seal, I will probably start work next week. Reseal the transfer case, replace rear main seal that is already seeping. What are your thoughts of resealing the front pump on the trans? Its already out.
