Yeah, it looks fine. not incumbered or damaged. Thought maybe air bubble, but bled the lines.

Could you have gotten 2 bad boxes, sure, I know people that have purchased 2 cheap rebuilts and had them both bad, then went to a new one and was fixed.

Have you tried disconnected the tie rod from the steering arm and turning the wheel ? Should turn compeltely freely with 1 finger. if it does, problem is below the steering box, rod ends linkage, stabilizer etc. If it doesn't turn freely disconnected, the problem must be in the box, steeering shaft, steering column etc. That might help narrow down your problem

Nevermind I re-read an earlier post and you already did that. Could u joints in the steering shaft be binding?

Wheel turns freely, it has to be another bad box. Tlked to onw guy and said these boxes are pretty rugged and was surprised I would get 2 bad in a row. Oh well. Guess I'll just have to breakdown and orderone from roverland.
