04 Disco build recommendations
I need some feedback on what to do. I have a 04 Disco Black/Black, i'm the original owner, 100K miles on it. The time has come...
I have about $3000 to put into it. It's completely stock and i've never had any problems with it, well maintained at local LR dealer since purchase. I've used as my daily driver and also my off road vehicle. I bought another car and now will use it as my pure rec vehicle.
I need help on where to start. Below is my wishlist and I'd love to know some of your thoughts on the order in which I should start. Please feel free to direct me to any other products that may be better and any suggestions on what else i should be doing.
[LIST][*]ARB Bull Bumper[*]Rovertym HD rear bumper[*]Rovertym rocksliders[*]OME 2" lift kit (HD or MD?)[*]Either change wheels to 16" and run... or keep stock 18" and run... I need help on tire size. I want my wheels to be black.[*]Warn winch 9000i[*]Roverrack standard voyager rack and ladder

Steel bumpers + winch = HD
IMO go with 16" wheels, your tires options are much better, plus you have more tire wall. If you stick to about 31" tires you will be safe in terms of rubbing, strain on drive train and so on. If you go 33"+ then you need to think about a whole lot of other changes. I wish I had $3K to throw at my truck.
