My Discovery is making me go nutz. Is it normal for the fan to be on like 50% of the driving time? Last night I was off-roading(Hills,light-mud) and the fan was going on like crazy. The Temperature was like 70*F. So just wanting to know if this is normal cuz my Range Rover doesnt do this.

Very normal for it to help cool the engine. It would be time to go nuts if it weren't working.
Go play and don't worry about it. Doesn't matter how hot the outside temp is, the fan will come on when the engine is at operating temp. or when you turn on the a/c.
